This fairly reliable source of mine SWEARS that he was once in a bar when he was approached by a woman in her forties. He claims she looked beyond hideous and was desperately trying to score with him, and after a couple of minutes of her whispering some very bad things, he blew her off, thinking nothing of it. After the woman walked away and left, the bartender and several patrons alerted him that it was actually an A-list actress.
He chased after her like she was the one to try and make amends, but she was already gone. "She must have been wearing a Halloween mask," the source says, "because she looked NOTHING like she did in the movies."
This took place in the 90s.
