Remember when Mel Gibson used to beat his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva? Of course you do, because we learned about it from none other than Grigorieva! You see, when they were going through their nasty split, Gibson agreed to pay Grigorieva $15 million if she agreed to keep silent about the abuse. Instead, Grigorieva thought she could manipulate a bigger settlement, and released those audio tapes of Gibson saying he was going to like bury her under a tree in the backyard or some crazy shit like that.
Well, that went over like a lead balloon with Mel's camp, so they renegotiated that $15 million payout down to $750K, but only if she would stop talking about the domestic violence sitch. Not to be deterred, Grigorieva went on Howard Stern and talked about how Gibson used to beat her in 2013. At that time, Gibson had only shelled out $250K to Grigorieva. TMZ reports that a judge just ruled that Grigorieva forfeited the remaining $500K by running her mouth on Howard Stern. Take note, Amber Heard. Sometimes it pays to keep your mouth shut.*
