The only surprising thing about this story is that it took five months for things to devolve to this level. Remember when One Directioner Louis Tomlinson had a baby with one night stand Briana Jungwirth? TMZ reports that Tomlinson is heading to court to file for joint custody, because Briana is keeping 5-month-old son Freddie from seeing Tomlinson. Briana says that the issue is Tomlinson's new girlfriend, who she claims is just an obsessed stalker fan, and she doesn't want the girlfriend to be around Freddie. Briana also objects to Tomlinson having a nanny, because if he's not going to be the one actually spending time with Freddie then why does he want more time with him?
