People reports that Grammy-winning singer and actress Jill Scott, 44, has tied the knot to longtime boyfriend Mike Dobson. This is Scott's second marriage; she was previously married to DJ Lyzel Williams, and she shares son Jett, 7, with ex-fiancé Lil' John Roberts.
