Travis Barker has filed court documents demanding that his custody arrangement with ex-wife Shanna Moakler be changed ASAP. TMZ reports that Barker alleges that son Landon, 12, and daughter Alabama, 10, are exposed to drugs and weapons while with their mother. Barker also accuses Moakler of neglect, citing an instance where he found son Landon "roaming around" Calabasas with a 15-year-old girl, unsupervised, and without Shanna's knowledge. Additionally, Barker would like to reduce his child support payments from $18,000/month to $2,900/mo, and accuses Shanna of misusing the funds. As for Shanna's part, a source states that she is devastated by this turn of events.
