Bill Cosby Assault Case Going Full Steam Ahead

Bill Cosby spent the earlier part of this week trying to get his sexual assault case thrown out in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where he is finally facing charges for the 2004 sexual assault of a former Temple University employee. TMZ reports that Cosby's efforts were unsuccessful, and the judge has rejected Cosby's request for a dismissal. A preliminary hearing will begin in about a month. Cosby's attorney's of course say that the decision by the court was wrong, and that they will appeal the decision. Fitting that Cosby would go with attorneys that don't know the meaning of the word "no."
