Page Six reports that actor Seven Seagal has been granted citizenship in Serbia. This came after two recent visit from the actor, where he praised the country's leadership and said that he felt like a Serb. He also offered to train the country's special police forces in Akido, a Japanese martial art. Seagal has also hung out with Vladimir Putin. No word yet as to whether or not he's been offered a role in Gerard Depardieu's new Stalin biopic.
