Earlier this year, Jim Parsons played the role of God onstage in the Broadway run of "An Act of God," written by David Javerbaum. Now the play is headed to Los Angeles, and the role of God will be played by Sean Hayes, reports Page Six. Performances at the Ahmanson Theatre begin January 30th. David Javerbaum is the former head writer and executive producer at The Daily Show, and he is the man behind Twitter's @TheTweetofGod.
