Nick Loeb Gets To Sue Sofia Vergara Again

Page Six reports that a Los Angeles judge ruled that Nick Loeb is allowed to take another stab at suing Sofia Vergara over their embryos. Loeb wants access to the embryos so that they can be implanted in a surrogate. When the suit was originally filed, it was under the names John and Jane Doe. Now Loeb will be filing suit under his and Vergara's names. Vergara still stands by the contract they both signed stating that both parties must consent on how the embryos will be used.
