Janice Dickinson Is Suing Bill Cosby

Janice Dickinson is suing Bill Cosby. The statute of limitations has long since run out on the alleged rape, but since Bill Cosby released a statement emphatically denying that he raped Dickinson, it has opened the door for Dickinson to be able to sue him for defamation. TMZ reports that she is also suing for emotional distress. Cosby has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
