Joe Francis In Trouble With The Law Again

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has had a warrant issued for his arrest, reports Page Six. The arrest stems from his failure to turn over two of his cars in a bankruptcy case. In addition to the cars, a judge recommended jail time in lieu of the cars and ordered him to pay $5K/day until he complied with either order. Joe Francis has been living in Mexico since that order was issued, and has racked up fines totaling over $1 million. Francis recently welcomed twins with girlfriend Abbey Wilson.
