Actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers has fallen off the wagon once again. Page Six reports that the actor was spotted in London looking a hot mess. His hair was disheveled, his pants were undone, his shirt was stained, and he was drinking vodka straight from the bottle on the street. Meyers got engaged to Mara Lane in December after seven months of dating; she was nowhere to be seen while he was wondering the streets of London.
