Conrad Hilton Involved in High Speed Chase

Paris Hilton's little brother is at it again! Conrad Hilton is the same little ray of sunshine that was involved in an altercation on an airplane last year. This time, he took to the streets. TMZ reports that Conrad Hilton was going 90 miles an hour down the freeway near Palm Springs, because he can't count high enough to know whether or not he is driving the speed limit. When police spotted him, he started going over 100 mph to get away from those annoying cops trying to slow him down. He managed to evade the cops, but he clipped the back of an 18-wheeler and drove off the freeway, resulting in a fractured hand. Now the police have a warrant out for his arrest.
