TMZ reports that Poison drummer Rikki Rockett is officially divorced from ex-wife Michelle. The couple married in 2008, and have two children together: Jude, 7, and Lucy, 4. The former couple will have joint custody of their children, with Rikki paying $2K/mo in child support until the children turn 18, as well as covering their extra-curricular activities. In addition to the child support, Melanie will get $1K/mo in spousal support for the next three years. The couple had a prenup in place which took care of most of this, but if Rikki goes on tour with Poison, his payments to Michelle for both spousal and child support double during that time.
