People reports that Rashida Jones, 40, is dating Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig, 32. The couple had kept their relationship out of the spotlight until a recent appearance together at the Sundance Film Festival. A source says of the couple, "She was calling him ‘baby,’ and after her interview at the studio, she walked up to him and was hugging him. They were very comfortable together.”
