This story has been brewing for a little while, but I had not written it up until now because before yesterday, it was a lot of allegations coming from both sides. But yesterday, the case was presented to a judge, and had some stunning revelations. TMZ reports that Paula Patton swore in court that Robin Thicke beat her during their marriage. Patton also claimed that Robin has a serious coke habit. As a result of the testimony in court, a judge has found that Robin "has a history of domestic violence," and issued a restraining order in which Robin has to stay at least 100 yards away from Paula, their 6-year-old son Julian, and Paula's mother. Further court proceedings over the next three months will determine who gets custody of Julian from here on out.
