Jimmy Choo co-founder Tamara Mellon left the company in 2012 to start her own eponymous brand. Mellon is suing Jimmy Choo for $4 million after the company boxed her out of the shoe game, reports TMZ. After Mellon left Choo, Choo issued ultimatums to all of its manufacturers, telling them that if they worked with Mellon, they would take their Choo business elsewhere. The move proved effective, and as a result, Mellon had to declare bankruptcy. These fashion companies don't fuck around!
