TMZ reports that Mandy Moore's divorce from Ryan Adams has been finalized. Neither party will pay spousal support. Mandy gets to keep the Beverly Hills condo and the 2012 Prius, while Ryan gets to keep his comic book collection, pinball machines, a 2008 Porsche Carrera, and a '59 Cadillac. They each keep their own publishing rights, and since Ryan's take is slightly more than Mandy's, he has to pay her $425K in cash to keep things even stevens.
