People reports that Kesha received a setback in her ongoing legal battle with Sony and producer Dr. Luke. A judge dismissed almost all of Kesha's counterclaims, citing lack or jurisdiction and "failure to procure facts proving the allegations." The judge also denied Kesha's request to make amendments to her filing. In response, Kesha has hired Dan Petrocelli on her legal team. He's the man that won the wrongful death civil suit against OJ Simpson. Petrocelli will be partnering with her current attorney Mark Geragos.
