TMZ reports that Greasy Bear, real name Brandon Davis, has escaped jail time for his epic October DUI where he wrapped his Mercedes around a lamp post. His blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit. In lieu of jail, Greasy copped a plea that gives him 36 months probation, 10 days of community labor, and six months of alcohol treatment. Let's hope it's more successful than the "drug diversion program" he completed after his coke possession arrest.
