People reports that Tory Burch, 49, is engaged to Pierre-Yves Roussel, 50. Roussel is he CEO of LVMH Fashion Group, which encompasses Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Emilio Pucci, Givenchy, among others. Roussel gave Burch a giant doorknocker of an engagement ring, which she happily showed off on Instagram.
