People reports that The Artist star Jean Dujardin, 43, and Olympic ice dancer Nathalie Pechalat, 31, have welcomed their first child together. Daughter Jeanne was born on Saturday. This is the first child for Pechalat; Dujardin has two sons Simon, 14, and Jules, 13, from a previous marriage.
