Okay, at this point they should just install a revolving door for him. E! News reports that Nicholas Brendon, 44, pled guilty to charges choking his girlfriend from a few months back. The judge ruled that Brendon does not have to go to jail, providing that he stays out of trouble for one year and completes drug and alcohol counseling. Brendon released the following statement on his Facebook page: "It's another beautiful day on this round floating rock we call planet earth.
