CNN reports that actor Randy Quaid and wife Evi Quaid have been arrested in Vermont for trying to cross the border from Quebec. They are currently being held in separate detention facilities, with bail set at $500,000 for each of them. Officials have decided that the pair can be extradited to Santa Barbara to face their outstanding charges there. Looks like they're headed back to California. Watch out for the star-whackers!
