TMZ reports that Wes Scantlin, lead singer for the bank Puddle of Mudd, was arrested in Minnesota after taking cops on a 100 MPH chase. When they finally caught up with Scantlin, the breathalyzer revealed that he was four times the legal limit. Scantlin refused to submit to further testing, so was charged with DUI, fleeing from police in a motor vehicle, and refusal to submit to further testing. Scantlin has previously been arrested for drug possession and domestic violence.
