James Franco has listed his Silverlake duplex for sale for $949,000. The 1920's Spanish-style duplex has two units with a combined three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Neighbors complained that Franco was using it as a production company instead of a residence after he purchased the duplex in 2012. See pictures of the property at Variety.
