Page Six reports that "Hot Felon" and now-model Jeremy Meeks, 33, has been carrying on an affair with British Top Shop heiress Chloe Green, 26. I say affair, because Meeks is married with two children. But hey, what's a wife and kids when your girlfriend's a billionaire heiress? The couple were recently cruising around the Mediterranean on a yacht, as all good billionaires do.
