TMZ reports that Ed Hartwell has been allegedly skipping out on his child support payments to Keshia Knight Pulliam for their five-month-old daughter. Pulliam has filed documents with the court to have all future child support payments get deducted directly from Hartwell's NFL Pension, so he would not be able to withhold future payments. She's also demanding that a judge lock him up until he's caught up on child support.
