The Comeback's Robert Michael Morris Has Passed Away

Robert Michael Morris, best known for playing Mickey Dean on HBO's The Comeback, has passed away at the age of 77. Morris worked as a theater teacher in high schools and colleges across the US, did some work off-Broadway, and guest-starred on a variety of TV shows. Michael Patrick King, who created The Comeback and was also one of Morris' former college students, had this to say of the actor's passing: “Robert Michael Morris was an inspiration to write for and to be around. His creativity was only matched by the joy and gratefulness he felt for each day he got to live his life as an artist.” Read his full obituary at Deadline.

We lost Robert Michael Morris today.He left us with many wonderful gifts, most importantly, an example of what a truly good soul looks like.
