TMZ reports that Katherine Jackson, 86, matriarch of the Jackson family, has been the victim of elder abuse. Jackson just obtained a restraining order against her nephew Trent Lamar Jackson. In court papers, Jackson accuses her nephew of being an "abusive con-man," and states that he manipulated Jackson into taking control of her finances, cutting her off from her children, and letting him live rent-free in her guest house. Jackson believes that Trent has been taking money from her accounts, and states that her other children are willing to testify against him. Trent is required to stay 100 yards away from Jackson, move out of her guest house, and return all of her keys. Jackson is currently in London visiting daughter Janet and her newest grandchild.
