This housewife painted herself into a corner with production with her misinformation about her house. Suddenly, she had only a couple of weeks to host an event at a place that was not ready for filming. First, she quickly dropped some cash on landscaping the front yard. It cost nearly $20, 000 to fix all the problems with drainage and erosion and put in a few trees and shrubs.
The housewife came up with a few thousand dollars and then refused to pay the balance. According to court documents, the landscaper is still owed $10,512.50. The housewife initially said she didn’t have the money to pay the balance, and then claimed she was unhappy with the quality of the work.
Sadly, I predict the landscaper will merely have to get in the lien line on the property and won’t be able to collect until the house is sold or repossessed by the bank.
