TMZ reports that in the early hours of Tuesday morning, Chris Brown was having a house party and showing off some jewelry to Miss California Regional 2016 Baylee Curran, when Brown pulled a gun on Baylee after getting a little too close to said jewelry. Baylee tells TMZ that Chris seemed under the influence, and when she tried to leave, Chris's people wouldn't let her take her cell phone until she signed an NDA. She refused, and called the cops instead. Brown spent most of Tuesday chilling in his house while police waited outside for him to surrender. He also threw a duffel bag out his window at one point which contained 2 guns and drugs. Not the brightest bulb, is he? Brown finally surrendered, and was arrested for felony assault with a deadly weapon.
