TMZ reports that both Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller have agreed to halve their monthly child support payments from Charlie Sheen in a bid to avoid going to court where those payments could be reduced even lower. Both women were getting $55K/mo, and they will now receive $25K/mo. Had the case gone to court, a judge could have reduced the payments all the way down to $10K/mo. Charlie Sheen made bank when starring on Two and a Half Men and Anger Management, but he's not really doing anything now, plus he's fighting lawsuits left a right, so he's in full on liquidation mode.
