People reports that Once Upon a Time star Emilie de Ravin, 34, is engaged to Eric Bilitch. The couple recently welcomed daughter Vera Audrey de Ravin-Bilitch in March. This will be the second marriage for de Ravin; she was previously married to Josh Janowicz from 2003 to 2014.
