Terry Crews recently went on a 90-day "sex fast" with wife Rebecca, and he credits the fast for breathing new life into their 25-year marriage. The Huffington Post quotes him as follows:
“Ninety days — no sex, all relationship, all talk, all cuddled. I found that at the end of that 90 days I was more in love. More turned on. I knew who she was.”
On his marriage:
“It was on the rocks a couple times. It was sitting up there about broken and messed up.”
On his past addiction to porn:
“I realized the pornography was using people, you’re treating people like objects, you’re treating people wrong, you’re not looking at people as human beings. You’re looking at them as objects to be used. And that affects the way you talk to people … you think everyone can be used.”
