No, not like that. The Hollywood Reporter announces that Oprah Winfrey is shelling out $43.2 million for a 10% stake in Weight Watchers. Winfrey is also joining the board, as part of a five year agreement. Shares of Weight Watchers stock soared after news of Winfrey's partnership broke.
