I know this sounds like a rerun, but it's not. Earlier this week, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green announced that they had separated. Now, TMZ reports that Megan Fox has officially filed for divorce. Fox has hired Laura Wasser to represent her, and is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their children Noah Shannon Green, 3, and Bodhi Ransom Green, 1. The couple did not have a prenup, so everything is community property and will likely be divided 50/50. Don't anticipate a messy fight; this divorce is so civil that the two are still living together.
