Remember when Emile Hirsch tried to choke a female studio exec at a nightclub at the Sundance Film Festival back in January? TMZ reports that Hirsch finally pled guilty to assault in a court in Salt Lake City. The actor was sentenced to 15 days in jail, pay a fine of $4,750, and complete 50 hours of community service. If he completes the sentence, the assault charge will be dismissed.
