Shocking, I know. Lindsay Lohan was supposed to have started her community service at a preschool in Brooklyn on Tuesday. She even tweeted on Monday morning how excited she was, stating "Happy to be home in nyc with my family and friends. Missed this place." Turns out, she sits on a throne of lies! TMZ reports that Lohan was still in London when she tweeted out how happy she was to be in NYC, and that is the real reason that her community service start date got pushed back - she wasn't even in the country until Tuesday afternoon! According to the New York Daily News, the school had to send home the following letter to parents:
"Ms. Lohan has asked to return to complete her community service and may be placed in a classroom with your child. This would be under constant supervision."
