E! News reports that Morena Baccarin is officially divorced from Austin Chick after three years of marriage. Baccarin's daughter with boyfriend Benjamin McKenzie (née Schenkkan), Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan, was born on March 2nd. Although Baccarin is officially divorced, she and Chick have not yet hammered out a settlement; their divorce is "status only," and assets and custody are still TBD.
