TMZ reports that Kim Richards has been offered a plea deal in association with her drunken antics/assaulting a cop at the Beverly Hills Hotel (not to be confused with her shoplifting at Target. That's a different case). Prosecutors offered her three years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor. In her role as The Ghost of Lindsay Lohan Yet To Come, Richards balked at the community labor claiming a "foot injury," and wants community service instead. Prosecutors told her that she would have to submit medical proof of said injury. And she's permanently banned from the Beverly Hills Hotel. All in all, not too shabby. Let's see what she gets for the shoplifting case!
