Once upon a time when Nick Loeb was dating Sofia Vergara, the couple decided that they wanted to try to have a child together. The two made two frozen female embryos together. Now that they're broken up, Page Six reports that Nick Loeb wants to prevent Sofia Vergara from destroying the embryos. He recently filed court papers under the names John and Jane Doe, which "see to ensure that the Female Embryos are not destroyed, but Jane Doe [Vergara] refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances. John attempted to get Jane to agree that, if one of the parties should die, the other party should control the Female Embryos. Jane refused to even respond to this request, apparently because she hoped for the female embryos to ultimately be destroyed.”
Additionally, the court papers accuse Vergara of abusing Loeb:
"...on many occasions, physically, emotionally and mentally abusive to John. Court papers allege Jane punched him in the face on two occasions, kicked him, and threw her phone at his head. She also routinely bullied him, calling him a loser and worthless."
