Sometimes I receive information that I don’t want to believe. This is one of those times. The source is pretty solid and would definitely know the information. It is bad news.
This reality show participant (RSP) showed up to work late, and was not sober during much of the filming of the last season. RSP had a major storyline and is a the focus of the show. Because of the behavior of RSP at the last reunion, RSP was assigned a minder to stay with RSP at the most recent reunion. specifically a sober companion. The sober companion was with RSP from the time RSP landed in NYC, sharing a hotel suite until RSP was delivered to the reunion set. RSP was sober upon arrival, but at some point during the long filming day, RSP seemed sedated.
While the sober companion story was very interesting and believable. The big news is that RSP is reportedly not being asked back for another season. This is the unbelievable part since RSP is a huge focus of the show. I suppose the immortal words of Abby Lee Miller are true, “Everyone’s replaceable.”
I still have my doubts that production will go through with this.
