It couldn't have happened to a nicer person. Page Six reports that Former Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller was recently sentenced to one year and one day in Prison for bankruptcy fraud after not reporting $120,000 of Australian currency. Miller was also ordered to pay a $40,000 fine, and will be on probation for two years after her release. Miller read the following statement to the judge:
“I’m certainly ashamed to be meeting you for the first time in this manner. I wish you could take my class or come to one of my events and see how much I love this.”
