Taylor Swift's perfectly crafted "good girl" image has taken a ding lately, what with her shoving that whole Tom Hiddleston relationship down everyone's throats, and being called out for lying about her millionth Kanye feud. Page Six reports that in response to the recent flooding in Louisiana, Taylor Swift has donated $1 million to Louisiana flood relief. She released the following statement:
“We began The 1989 World Tour in Louisiana, and the wonderful fans there made us feel completely at home. The fact that so many people in Louisiana have been forced out of their own homes this week is heartbreaking. I encourage those who can to help out and send your love and prayers their way during this devastating time.”
Good on you, Taylor. Her "good girl" image is much easier to buy when she actually does good things, instead of setting up PR stunts and getting into skirmishes with Kardashians.
