A few months ago, Woody Harrelson put his name in the hat as someone who wanted to open a pot dispensary in Hawaii after the state approved the creation of medical marijuana dispensaries. There were only eight slots available, and over 60 applications. Reuters reports that Hawaii finally approved the eight applications, and Woody was not among them. Hawaii really missed out; that would have been a huge seller!
