Somewhere, there is a stoner rubbing his copy of The Secret and cackling to himself, because USA Today reports that Taco Bell is now offering delivery in more than 90 cities. The restaurant chain is partnering with DoorDash, and there is no minimum order (although there is a $3.99 flat delivery fee). No longer do you need to make a run for the border when you have the munchies; the border now makes a run to you!
