Hilary Duff recently sat down for an interview with People. In the interview, she opened up about the pressure to look good when you're in the public eye. The magazine quotes her as follows:
"I was too thin. That was not a healthy place for me. I was so unhappy. I remember my hands cramping because I wasn't getting enough nutrients. A lot of girls my age were super skinny. I think it's just as bad now, but it's more normal. It's crazy. I can't be that way. It's not my normal state. Things don't bounce back the way they used to, but I don't need to be 110 pounds. I'm a 27-year-old mother. I feel fit and strong a happy."
