TMZ reports that Real Housewife of New York Luann de Lesseps has officially been charged after her drunken Christmas Eve run-in with the cops. De Lesseps has been charged with felony resisting an office with violence, trespassing, and disorderly intoxication. If convicted, Luann faces up to five years in prison for the felony charge.
