This actor isn’t talking about not receiving an Oscar nomination. However, the actor’s close friend is angry and speaking for them!
"She said that the ONLY reason that [Actor] is not getting a nomination is because most Academy members are male and they didn’t like [Actor] getting the feminists all riled up during awards season. As much as Hollywood pretends that nominations are for the best performances, it’s actually all political and if you piss off the wrong people, they will retaliate by ignoring you. In this case, the men already felt like they were under fire and they retaliated for making them look even worse."
Will our Actor ever vocalize this themselves? Doubtful. They are much too classy.
